We are looking to hire a sales associate to close deals and speak with potential and existing clients of our VOIP Account. In order to be successful in doing the tasks required, the candidate should posses excellent English communication skills both in speech and writing. Whoever is interested to take this role should have work ethics and can build good rapport with the client and other coworkers to avoid future conflicts in any aspect.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly   basis
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
• Achieve established goals

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent in verbal and written English language a must
• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Telephone etiquette
• Customer service focus
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Willing to work in our Roxas Office
